1. Digital Products & Online Courses

All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Recorded Video Classes

  • Test Series

  • Downloadable Study Materials

  • Subscription Plans

are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been successfully completed and access has been provided.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to complete the course

  • Lack of usage

  • Personal reasons

  • Incorrect course selection by the user

  • Technical issues related to the user’s device, internet connection, or software

We recommend reviewing the course details carefully before purchasing.

2. Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment gateway or technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.

To request a refund for a duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and provide:

  • Payment receipt

  • Registered email address or mobile number

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Course Cancellation

If Tamilan TNPSC Academy cancels a course before it begins, students will be eligible for either:

  • A full refund, or

  • Transfer to another available batch of the same course.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used during purchase.
